We are a diversified property consultancy business operating in all areas of residential advice, from purchasing, investing, construction and site development. To aid in your decision making process, we will provide a range of property opportunities to purchase from, as well as information and advice not often available from traditional real estate agents. We have a diverse range of consultants with different property related backgrounds working together to give people a broad selection of advice to rely upon. In addition, from a sales point of view, we only target properties in areas which we believe offer the potential for growth and or solid rental returns. These will range from houses, apartments, townhouses and potential development sites. We also provide build quotes for home owners looking to build their own home.

No. We don’t have any vested interest in any developments or properties we recommend to clients. We are not builders or developers. We are effectively a builder broker and investors’ agency. As an independent advisory business we can assist you along your property journey and help you find the best properties to match your goals and financial capacity.

Again, no. We are at arm’s length from any property providers, and that way we can select the appropriate products, suppliers, and services for you at any given time. Ultimately we source properties, but we also give building, development and investment advice in residential property. Our team have qualifications in investments, construction, town planning and land development, and will work together wherever possible to achieve your outcomes, not ours.

No. Whilst our economic and property research will point us in certain directions, there is no fixed connection or tie to any particular area. However, we do have professional opinions as to where an astute investor should get into, and this is based solely on market timing aswell as opportunities that arise. If there is a property type or a property area that fits your goals, criteria and needs then we will assist and source it.

We hear this quite commonly, and it is certainly something that you need to be mindful of. There are lots of good “general” accountants out there, and then there are some great ones who themselves are active investors on property. If you are serious about building wealth through property you will need to get the right team around you, and a good property accountant is an essential member of your team. Let us know if you need a referral to someone.

That’s a very good question, and one that is very commonly pondered! The key is to look at who is supplying you the information. If it is someone who has a vested interest in selling you their product or service they are very rarely impartial or balanced. We however are completely independent and only offer advice that is specific to your unique situation. We are not and never will be a “one size fits all” organisation.

We can very simply and promptly work that out for you. It is a quick, easy and free service that we offer. If you can afford a property, we then need to set about establishing what your goals are – long before we even consider looking at the market! However, if you can’t afford a property at this stage, we will work with you in putting a plan in place to get to the point where you can afford to move forward!

Let’s not beat around the bush, It can be pretty complicated and daunting – especially the first time. There are also many people who have lost lots of money by rushing into the market un-prepared. That is why we exist. Our job is to work with you in putting together your team of advisers who have your best interests at heart! Our strong suggestion would be to give us a call, or drop us an email and we can have a relaxed and informal chat about where to go from here… It is an exciting and rewarding journey. You do however have to “bite the bullet” at some stage and start it!

This is a valid and justifiable concern. Whether you come to us directly or from another business, we will maintain a level of professionalism to ensure you are comfortable with the entire process. We act as the “buffer” between the sales people and you. We only go to the market when we know what we are looking for and therefore we are the ones who are in control. Moreover the approach that these organisations will take – with us as your adviser involved every step of the way – is very different!

This issue has now come firmly to the front of the agenda across the financial planning and mortgage broking industries, with the press & media now really starting to talk about the provision of property investment advice and where it fits within and around their service proposition.
